Practices:
Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to approximately 6:30 PM. The first day of practice will be September 4, 2007. Initial location will be the track at Sherwood High School track. They will inform runners and parents of changes to the practice location at the end of the previous practice. As the coaches determine the need and necessity, an optional practice may be on Wednesdays at the same time and place.
Practices will occur under all weather conditions unless Sherwood Schools have been closed due to inclement weather.
Athletes may be required to run under the coaches’ supervision to Stella Olson park. Pick-up will always be at the location where drop off occurred.
Additionally, through the summer of 2007, runners may participate in various fun runs as non-affiliated runners. This will be an opportunity to build camaraderie and develop conditioning prior to the season starting.
